Payment Options

Payment can be made using Mastercard, VISA, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo & Switch or your PayPal balance using PayPal, orders will be dispatched following receipt of the payment.

All prices listed on the site include VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is charged at 17.5%. Our company registration number is 03209437. Our VAT registration number is 846780978.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping Methods

Our order are sent using Royal Mail unless the value of the order exceeds £100 where a next day courier will be used. If you require particular delivery arrangements just let us know .
If your order does not arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you have the option of either a full refund or a replacement order will be sent. If the address supplied with the order is incorrect we reserve the right to charge for any additional delivery costs incurred.

Shipping Rates

All our prices include shipping to the UK.

Damaged or faulty goods. Returns.

Should your goods arrive damaged, if they are faulty or if a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or send replacement goods as soon as we can after the faulty goods have been sent back to us. After the order arrives and if the goods are not faulty you have 7 days to cancel the order and send back the goods to receive a refund. Within 30 days a refund will be provided. Delivery costs are not refunded in these cases.

We do collect the information given at the time of your order apart from Credit Card details which are dealt with by the secure transaction specialists PayPal. We do not disclose this information to any third party and it is collected by Tangent Web Design Limited.

We aim to offer a top quality service at the best price possible, to do this we need to reserve the right to change the above policies at any time.

All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998

If you wish to opt out of any postal marketing please contact us.

We can provide a full schedule of all information collected on an individual for a fee of £10.00, we will require significant proof of identification. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 the information will be provided within 40 days of required level of identification.

Order processing is taken care of by the international company PayPal.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Pricing
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.

General

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it by email before dispatch, if dispatch takes place please just refuse the parcel and we will make a full refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
